Distance Selling Regulations
The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 generally apply to sales to consumers made by sellers acting in the course of a business, which have been made at a distance. In other words, where there's no face-to-face contact between the seller and the consumer before the contract is made.
The Regulations also provide a period of seven working days after the date of receipt within which the consumer can cancel the contract (often referred to as the "cooling off" period) and get their money back, including the original postage and packing charges. We ask our customers to return the goods at their own expense,
The cancellation rights do not apply to certain items including software, audio or video recordings that have been unsealed, perishable goods such as food or flowers, or items that have been made to order.
Please note this therefore means any items made to order by Gooseberry bush Babywear are not liable for return or cancellation.
Conditions Of Use
Items with small parts are unsuitable for children under 3 years of age but may be worn with constant, careful adult supervision at all times.
Be aware that all our hair accessories ( headbands, hair clips, hair clip holders and bobbles etc) are a decorative product which contain small parts and are not a toy and may pose a choking or strangulation hazard. You (the customer) use the hair accessories entirely at your own risk. We cannot be held responsible for any accidents that may occur whilst wearing one of our products. It is your responsibility to ensure that you use our products (hair accessories) safely and supervision is required at all times. We recommend that you remove your childs' hair accessory when they are out of your sight and also whilst sleeping. Do not allow your child to suck or chew any of our products as this may impair the quality of the item/s. If the item/s become damaged discontinue use immediately.
